Tianjin Jing Wei Electric Wire Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 in Tianjin, the biggest seaport and distribution center in North China. JWDC converted all net assets into shares and changed to a joint stock company on Dec thirtieth, 2008.

On September 17, 2010, JWDC making Initial Public Offering (IPO) of stocks on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, issuing of

ordinary shares of 22 million.

JWDC has a registered capital of USD 17.811million, and it is mainly engaged in R&D, production and sale of magnet wire. The products include film wrapped wires, paper covered wires, enameled wires, and CTC. Over 50 types of magnet wires can be processed and almost cover all series of magnet wires. These wires are widely used in electric power, electrical and mechanical facility, electrical equipment, home appliances, electronics, communication and transportation and other fields. JWDC is titled "High-Tech Enterprise" and supported by Chinese Government. JWDC brand magnet wires are not only popular with China mainland customers, they were also exported to the region of Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa , Europe and USA.



Twist Aluminum Round Wire , of which JWDC has a fully independent intellectual property right ,has been successfully used in China UHV power transmission network projects. JWDC is the only enterprise that can manufacture and supply Twist Aluminum Round Wire with mass production in the world, and keep a relatively monopoly position in this industry. Dedicating to aluminum application technology and industrialization, JWDC is playing a leading role in China magnet wire industry.

Up to now, the annual production capacity of aluminum wire is 4500 T and copper wire 6500 T.
